Sit on a towel in the sauna
If you have to light the stove, pull the ash drawer out a little, light it at the back or far into the stove because there is a draft there, use a lighter and some kindling wood, add larger logs when it is burning well, then close the ash drawer, keep the door of the stove closed while you do this as much as possible, then the stove will burn better. If it is over 70 ° in the sauna room, do not add too much wood, it will quickly get too hot, keep the stove burning and add a few logs when you leave. The ash container must be closed. Before you leave, fill the stove with wood to keep it burning (does not apply if the session ends at 22:00).
Don't svim alone, so you can ask for help if needed.
Smoking and snuff are strictly prohibited in the sauna area. If a visitor violates this prohibition, the visitor will be invoiced an amount of NOK 500 per incident.
